The main criterion is that you have some exposure to Health and Safety and

What is covered

Improvements in risk assessments for at least five workplace, three work equipment, one from each of any two agents, and four
organisation risk types, which together cover at least two of the reasons for improving risk control, protect at least self
and other employees, and involve all of the relevant people.
Identified requirements for change from at least one policy review covering all aspects of the policy, using all aspects of review,
and involving all relevant people.
To ensure the relevant legislation and regulations are fully complied with.
How to utilise safety equipment and protect themselves and others.
To ensure that adequate training records are maintained.
To ensure that machinery and equipment is effectively maintained, safely installed and protected where necessary; to minimise the risks of COSHH Hazards.
Accidents and incidents reporting and Investigation.
Court Structure and Law.
Inspections, Audits, Monitoring & Reviews.
Human Resource Development including full training on record keeping.
